Excellent Innovation Products of FST UIN Jakarta Islamic Cluster and Digital Transformation (Eco Cluster) won 1st place in the South Tangerang 2025 Appropriate Technology Competition organized by Bappelitbangda of South Tangerang City on Tuesday, April 29, 2024. This success is a clear proof of commitment in encouraging technological advances that are relevant to the needs of the community, while carrying the spirit of innovation based on Islamic values. This product is led by Taufik Edy Sutanto, M.Sc.Tech., Ph.D, Head of Mathematics Department of FST UIN Jakarta.

Eco Cluster is the world's first SBC mini cluster that integrates Apache Spark and MPI, and is a pioneer in combining cluster computing technology with an open online learning system (MOOC). This innovation enables the creation of a quality standard of Big Data and AI education that is structured, inclusive, and freely accessible to the wider community in Indonesia, making it a big leap in equal and equitable digital education.
