The Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta successfully conducted a Motivation Building Workshop as part of its Capacity Building program from Thursday to Friday, April 23 - 24, 2026. Held at the 5G Resort Cijeruk, the event aimed to strengthen the bonds between faculty leadership, administrative staff, basic services personnel, and other stakeholders to achieve institutional excellence.

The workshop featured Ir. Fauzan Ahmad as the keynote speaker, who delivered a session on "Strengthening Competency, Collaboration, and Digital Services for an Outstanding FST." He highlighted the necessity of digital transformation and professional synergy in elevating the faculty's service standards. By enhancing internal collaboration and adopting digital-based solutions, FST UIN Jakarta reaffirms its commitment to building a superior academic environment and improving overall institutional performance.
